It’s almost done!!
I finished the steering wheel portion and attached it a bit to the base. I still need to go back to HD and get some more brackets.
Speaking of which, hopefully my next trip to the great HD will be my last. I’ve come up with a grocery list of items. Only problem is that I require a handful of metric bolts and HD only has imperial. There’s a specialty screw product store near me, so I can try them.
And I also finished and installed the shifter portion. It may need extra stiffening which won’t be a problem at all.
And for following/reading this far, here’s a bonus!
She feels right at home on it!

The wheel is really nice, though I’m not so sure about the shifter.
